A couple weeks ago I sent off a DNA swab sample out my mouth to the
@mychromozoom lab to be tested for any genes that could help educate me on my overall health and body functioning. I found the sport analysis showed me things I had no idea about, such as where my natural advantages lie around endurance and whether it is still worth me training for power / speed.
It also provided plenty of tips to improve certain areas - my particular DNA means it is harder for me to build muscle volume, so I now know what exercises I need to focus on to optimise my training regime.
